Terms of use
CDD Tracker is a free reference site. Figures come from public records (county tax collector rolls, property appraiser records, district budgets and the FloridaCommerce Official List of Special Districts) and are shown in aggregate. They can contain errors or lag behind changes. Nothing here is an appraisal, a lien search, or legal, tax or financial advice. Always confirm a property's assessments with the county tax collector and the district before you buy.
You may quote and link our figures with credit to CDD Tracker. Data pages are offered under CC BY 4.0. Don't present our pages as an official government source.
The site is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made from it.
Affiliate disclosure
We do not use affiliate links today. If we add them later, every affiliate link will be clearly labeled where it appears, and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never change the fee data.
Sponsor disclosure
There are no paid sponsors on the site today. If we add sponsors, every sponsored placement will be labeled "Sponsored". Sponsors never see data before it's published and never change it. See Advertise.
